Important Information Regarding COVID-19

In recognition of ongoing news reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, we realize our patients have questions. As dedicated health care professionals, we want you to know that we remain as diligent as ever in protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our practice strictly adheres to and exceeds the standards for infection control by wearing personal protective gear, using hospital-grade disinfectants, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, and more. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we are monitoring this situation very closely, and we will keep you updated regularly.

Per the governor’s mandate, the directives of the CDC, and the orders of the Board of Dentistry, our office has been closed since March 17th. We are hopeful that this requirement is helping to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and we are grateful to do our part to reduce the number of cases in Madison County.

We extend our deepest gratitude to those who had appointments scheduled within the past month. Our office is working tirelessly each day to make calls and reschedule all necessary appointments. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and can assure you that we will reopen our doors as soon as we are told that we can. At this time, we do not know the projected date that we can return to work. We are anxiously awaiting that news and will let you know as soon as possible. For the most up-to-date information regarding our office re-opening, we invite you to follow us on Facebook.

In the meantime, we are available to answer questions and help with true dental emergencies. You are welcome to call us during our modified office hours Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm, and if we are busy helping other patients please leave a message so that we may respond to you as quickly as possible. Our office voicemail includes instructions for the number to call in case dental emergencies occur outside our current office hours.

You may also reach our office by email, [email protected], or you may reach Pamela ([email protected]) or Dr. Foley ([email protected]) directly for any additional questions or concerns.

We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. We all miss all of you and can’t wait to get back to work.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.
