Dental Insurance

In our office, we offer high-quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance plans that we accept.

Please note that some dental plans list one of the below companies as the provider, but they are actually rendered through a separate party, and we are considered out-of-network. Please call your insurance company to verify your eligibility with our office. Please note we are out of network with all DHMO or HMO plans, regardless of the company. 

Ultimately, we do everything we can to bill your insurance, but in the cases of insurance non-payment, the balance is the patient’s responsibility. Our office is always on your side to help you receive the benefits listed in your policy.

• Superior Dental
• All Dental Plans that allow you to choose your own dentist

Please note that we don’t accept any of the Medicaid policies.

Payment options:

• Cash, credit card (processing fee will be applied), debit card, check, or CareCredit.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
